What Does It Feel Like To Go Through An Anxiety Attack?
A lot of people suffer right now from anxiety and panic attacks. Some people have anxiety attack and don’t know it, while others think they have it, but they suffer from another ilness alltogether. To know what an anxiety attack feels like, read the symptoms below.

It is really difficult to explain how an anxiety attack feels like to someone who has never had one before. The closest to them defining anxiety attacks is saying that they are the most frightening experienced they’ve ever had. Attacks are felt by people in various ways. When anxiety attacks are felt by two people, the symptoms they are feeling can be entirely different from each other.
Even with varying anxiety symptoms, one usually experiences 4 major ones: tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, a speedier heart rate and the sense of impending danger. One shouldn’t be frightened by these symptoms, although they do sound scary, they are there due to the person feeling afraid at the moment.

These symptoms can be easily dealt with when the patient knows what they actually are. For example, increased heart rate and perspiring are happening due to adrenaline suddenly beginning to flood the body. Relaxing and normal breathing will cause the adrenaline levels to go down, thus removing the symptoms in the first place. A heart attack or something akin is the first thing one believes to go through when the first anxiety attack symptoms appear. When they are afraid, their symptoms intensify because they become more anxious.
The human body can go very fast through a reaction such as an anxiety attack. Other symptoms that are many times experienced by people affect the way the eye work, the glands, bladder, stomach and various major body muscles. The heart beat and breathing are also affected due to the overload our cardiovascular system has to deal with. Because of these scary anxiety attack symptoms a patient might feel like they are about to die.
How severe an attack will be is early on determined by the type of symptoms the patient has at first. Attacks can be interrupted right away as soon as they are understood or what they really are. Relaxation exercises and various learned therapy techniques are just two ways that patients who have had attacks for a few months or years are using to stop or reduce the severity of the symptoms.
It is crucial to know though that anxiety attacks have common symptoms with various other illnesses as well. The first person you should see when you think you have anxiety like symptoms is your doctor, as only he can examine you properly and give you right treatment if you have something more serious.
