What Causes An Anxiety Panic Attack?
Anxiety attacks symptoms vary from person to person and episode to episode. Understanding the plight of a person with anxiety panic attack can help in overcoming panic. In the worst case scenario, a monster panic attack sets in and you feel the overwhelming need for a hospital. You speak rapidly, cry, grind your teeth, shake uncontrollably and feel heat waves up and down your body. Sometimes two Xanax will help within 90 minutes but it’s an agonizing time that will zap your energy for days.
An anxiety panic attack is sometimes hard to delineate from normal stress or anxiety. Over time, chronic panic attack disorder can lead to depression, coronary artery disease, heart attacks or other troubles. Medication, therapy or a combination of the two is all it takes, which can yield results in less than a month.
