There is probably nothing worse than having a big test comes, and you begin to feel anxious. You may have symptoms such as nervousness, sleeplessness, and inability focus to name a few. Well join the crowd. It is a common thing that happens to millions of people, the first thing you need Knowledge is what is unique to you.

Time does not permit me to give you all the suggestions here, but I'll try to list several. First, "Know your material." You will find nothing worse than going into an examination by surprise. If there was ever a time when anxiety would be validated, it would be.
Unsure of the object and not to be well prepared can create self-doubt. Your level of confidence may decline, and you can start getting ideas of what you're really doing there. Prepare thoroughly for the exam, this way you are able to strengthen your thoughts by saying: "I am well prepared, I understand the matter, and I will succeed" It's incredible what positive thinking can accomplish.
If you have not been at the examination again, and if you have time, then do a test drive. Tired of being concerned in the exam, so there is no reason to add to your anxiety by getting lost en route to the test site. A few days before, take a run "dry" ride. Have the confidence to know where you will do much to relieve their anxiety test.
These are some basic tips on how to treat anxiety test. There is so much to cover that there is no enough room in the original article. Do some research and try to develop skills "adaptation". It goes a long way to reduce your anxiety on test day.
