treatment of anxiety?
I suffer from panic attacks for a few months ago so far, I tried deal w / them naturally without prescription action (I am terrified by the Dr, I had several bad experiences). At this stage, I'm at the point that I feel like I'm seeing a psychologist, what I wonder is what happens in the initial appt. Is there a huge medical examination and many tests it is especially made or discuss what is happening. with me.
I know exactly what you feel, it sucks major ass. I hate doctors too> "Well for me, I have a method that always seems to work for me whenever I'm having a panic attack, which happens several times a month. All First, If you have an iPod, put a bit of Beethoven / Yanni on it. If you do not know who is Yanni, most people are not, then download their music, it's really relaxing, and whenever you have a panic attack just listen to one of them. and, whenever your panic, take a deep breath, do 100 times. yeah I know it sounds a lot, and when I have panic attacks, I cry a lot. it is therefore difficult to deep breaths and focus. so just try your hardest, they should not be deep breaths, just enough that you notice. Yeah 100 seems like a lot, but it is well worth it. and just sit somewhere away from people, avoiding people, no matter how they try to make you feel any better doing 10 minutes of time alone to calm down.
