no dairy food such as sugar or wheat Sensitivities cause depression, anxiety or panic attacks? Candida?
I have difficulty to treat anxiety and depression and holistic docs told me to avoid all foods Except for salads and vegetables. i cannot manage this system since im already under the weight and makes sugar-free meso tired and cranky. is their such a thing as food causing these problems? or is that bull thing candida? thanks
I heard that sugar can cause person to be a way and then another (like the brain foggy and tired after the sugar rush is over) and I read that some people may have a sensitivity of sugar. If you need sugar maybe you could try fruit or something that will slow releasing energy. There are books on how to combat depression naturally. There are people who suggest that to avoid affecting recurrent episodes of candida that you avoid sugar and white bread and white rice as much as possible and especially refined and other processed foods, stress and alcohol. I also heard that people who go through certain environments are more attracted to eat certain foods, and especially they can be attracted by food who are not good for them or they may react. Foods such as turkey and warm milk are said to help a person go to sleep (I think because of tryptophan or amino acids). Omega 3 is said to be useful for people suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, and add, as well as heart problems potential. Omega 3 can be taken as pills or fish oil consumed in food fish. vitamin B or a B-complex is said to be good for people who suffer from depression. I think this can be found in bananas. I think that eating salads and vegetables all the time ERY alone is unhealthy unless your dr is holistic planning on weaning food you return regularly to see what you can and can not handle. If you are about the plan type, you might want to start a multvitamin water and drink a lot if you're not already.
