Anxiety and panic attacks can happen to anyone!
Paul could not stop sweating! He thought there was some something wrong with his glands, or it might be too hot! He had had this problem of sweating on and off for about three months now. He was also a large number Irritability. He was chattering colleagues, his girlfriend and even his own mother.
He thought it was just stress, it was a great presentation to prepare, but that was last month and he was still ill tempered, even though its responsibilities are not as demanding at the moment.
He began to worry that he was sick. His entrails were to provide problems and he was stunned many. He also had problems concentrating and often feel out of it. He was worried he was sick and back go to the doctor because frankly he did not hear that something was wrong with him. He kept hope all this happen.
His girlfriend is constantly teased that she was not alone in PMS now. He realized that his problems were simply not stay. He went to the doctor and the doctor ran a million tests and had no answers. In some respects, it was a relief, no major problems, heart disease, cancer has been a problem, but it was still frustrating.
What was happening?
Her doctor kept asking questions and one day he said he thought that Paul was suffering from generalized anxiety disorder. Huh? Paul could not believe it! Problem is not the anguish of a young girl? They are the ones who get all depressed and stressed everything. The guys were quiet, he was calm. Is not it supposed to your heart race and your breathing becomes difficult when you are suffering from anxiety.
Were not you supposed to be afraid all the time and incapable of doing anything? This is not the problem of Paul, he had a job, he had a girlfriend, he had friends, and he went out and did things. It was not a hermit, afraid of its own shadow.
After Paul has subsided and speculated that his doctors found additional comments and a little more information on the Internet, he realized that the doctor has probably was right. People with anxiety are not necessarily need to have symptoms like a heart flashy racing or paralyze fear or inability to breathe. Sometimes, many less serious problems can add to the same response to anxiety.
Paul is not only millions of men and women struggling with problems of anxiety or panic attacks that affect their daily life. Some of these effects are weak or simply inconvenience and some effects are more important and life limiting.
Anxiety is not a just something that happens to the weak or stupid people. This is a real condition that can affect anyone from firefighter strong for the office accountant. This is not something to be ashamed of and, fortunately, it is something that can be processed.
Paul can work on the resolution of his symptoms and to channel his thoughts away from negative to positive. Do not avoid consulting a doctor if you feel that something wrong with you and do not be ashamed of what might be the answer. Information is power and you must gather as much information as possible on panic and anxiety related conditions.
