Step 3 – Change How You React
Change how you react to the stressor. That’s the third step to dealing with anxiety without drugs. Prioritizing your thoughts as well as you job is a vital aspect of moving forward with this. Sharing your feelings with someone who understands, like a support group or close friend, is very helpful in handling with stress.
Step 4 – Letting the Stress Go
The fourth step on how to deal with anxiety without medication is to let go of the stress and anxiety you are feeling. This is not accomplished overnight and will take practice but it can be done.
Other Ways to Deal With Anxiety and Stress
Besides the great four steps above there are a variety of other ways to handle stress without drugs. What are these other methods? They include:
