Forget worries before bedtime
Modern life puts stress on us so that fears, anxieties, worries and problems occupy our mind until we sleep. Millions of sleeping pills are prescribed every year and millions more are added each year. It would be prudent to suppose that our modern lifestyles and advancing the application of stress in our lives.
Bills to pay, project deadlines, end of relationship, insecurity, and debts are just some factors that may cause emotional and psychological stress.
Physical Stress also increases in modern life. Pollution, poor diet and too much activity can put excessive stress in our body. The physical stress associated with psychological stress can make us weaker and more defense when viruses or bacteria attacking our body.
Sleep is very important to our health. Not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. Many things happen when we sleep. Is the time that our body can repair and regenerate. If we do not sleep enough, we deprive our bodies of the implementation of effective healing process. In The same goes true that if we carry negative thoughts or emotions in our sleep.
Sleeping with positive thoughts and positive emotions can make well-being the next day. On the other hand, if the fears, anxiety, worry or other negative thoughts are the dominant content your mind before you sleep, you have a similar experience the next day.
If you need to worry or fear of anything, think or find a solution for several hours before bedtime. An hour before bedtime should be devoted to relaxation and reflection times happy with your life. Thinking of the achievements and successes of the day is also a very healthy way to prepare you for sleep.
Some tips to get started in thinking positive. Make sure you provide the conditions for sleep comfortably as the ventilation chamber and a good bed mattress comfortable as an air mattress.
1. We all have success every day. No matter how seemingly insignificant they are, it is always healthy to recognize as such. Think about this before going to sleep. Let yourself fall asleep.
2. Watch television or movies funny instead news. News is generally very depressing and not good for our health, especially before bedtime. Funny emissions television, on the other hand can trigger laughter is very healthy emotion.
3. Listen to guided meditations designed to sleep. For this you need a portable MP3 player.
4. Listen to inspiring audiobooks. Even if you go to bed before the book ends, the messages you hear will always be interpreted by your subconscious. This is a great way to instill positive thoughts in mind. Audio books by Abraham Hicks and Neale Donald Walsch are very good choice.
We all have our worries, fears and anxiety, but we need some time for some time and temporarily forget especially before bedtime. The positive thoughts mean healthy sleep and thus a healthy life.
