Dealing with social anxiety, oral presentation soon ..?
I have an oral presentation in front soon 40 students + teachers .. an intimidating one … There are some classes where I do not mind making an oral presentation because I not really care for people in my class, but it for some reason has an impact on me, I care too much what they think of me that week, I have a oral presentation, and I can already imagine myself trembling, with all eyes on me, shaking my head … please help I do not have a lot of people look at me how can I fix this? Thank you
