Social Anxiety Onset
Does anyone have a case of severe social anxiety disorder like me?
I am 23 years old. I suffered from anxiety bad panic attacks / throughout high school and I was always shy. The actual onset of social anxiety It started when I was like 19. I lost all my friends can not make new ones to save my life. Now, I'm still very hurt SA, all world in a similar situation? I feel that my social anxiety is so horrible, I could not imagine having someone worse than me.
I do am not currently in this situation, but I grew up with SA and agoraphobia. He began, even when I was a small child at daycare. I hated school and cry every day. I was a smart kid who hated being in trouble and I would be in trouble to cry and it made things worse. Everyone in the school system thought at that age I did not want attention. I begged him not to have to go to school every day and was so nervous and sick in advance. It got so bad in the 3rd year that I started running low fever each panic attack. I started homeschooling later this year and after years of being on different medications and see different doctors, I finally returned to school for my junior year of high school. Drugs were good in prevention, but nobody has ever shown me how to talk down when I have a panic attack. After seeing a psychologist who focuses, ed. He also touched my belly, giving me horrible cramps and nausea. I do breathing exercises, kept a diary of all my panic attacks, and rated their severity before and after trying to talk me down one. I learned to ask myself what was really the worst that was likely to occur from any situation made me nervous. I learned to ask myself whether a threat was really there or if I was just making me worry about anything. Today, I am 23 years old, not taking any drug, and will graduate college with my 2nd in 3 weeks. Throughout college, I was a executive / director of several student organizations, spoke before a large crowd, and throughout the last two years of secondary in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas and Houston. I always wanted to be somebody, but always doubted me because of the severity of my seizures panic were. You can overcome it. Sometimes he takes medication, sometimes one must learn what triggers your attacks and how to combat them, sometimes both. It took me from tots to teens to pass through mine, and I do get angry sometimes in unusual situations, but I am able to put a end things before it's hand. If you are able to talk to a doctor, I would suggest it. Good luck to overcome that. If I can do I know you can too.
