Natural Antidepressants Anxiety
Anyone have a real success using St. John's Wort for depression and anxiety?
I had depression, anxiety and sleep disorders for about 4-5 months, and we have tried several antidepressants that have made my concerns worse and I leave quickly. I am always open to the possibility of finding an antidepressant that works for me that I can tolerate, but I will first try some natural medicines / food / options exersise. My main question at this point is on St. John's Wort affectiveness-treatment of depression and anxiety. I would like to here some experiences of people who have tried to use it. Please explain how you are taking, as what form, and that time he had to work, or if it has not helped. Thank you
I took St. John's Wort, but with little success. Maybe because I have not looked at the big picture, I expected a lot from him. I needed to do more than simply take a few pills a day. When I wake up, I do some stretching, nothing intense, deep breathing exercises for a few minutes, then a cup herbal tea without sugar, I cut the coffee with sugar. Throughout the day, I'll have a cup of chamomile tea with lemon, and equally important that I relax, breath and mind are still important. If I'm home I burn incense and do it with the lights extinct, while I drink tea. I tried to PHARMO, do not like where they took me, so I tried the product natural and feel better. To be natural as I sleep, I turn between L-Trytophan, Melatonin and Valerian. I tried as valerian tea, UGG no way, then I take the pill. He lays back, he comes to perspiration if taken more than the dose recomemded, ti works. L-Tryophan is found naturally in Turkey, but I take the pill, it works well. Melatonin is naturly in the brain and the pills that I used to sleep also, in small doses I use it for periods of stress when I can not plan A, a hot bath with a candle and insence. the best for you, try remain natural as possible.
