Despite the fact that there are some great panic and anxiety programs available, many people seem to fail with them when it comes to driving phobias. The Driving Fear Program has been designed especially for driving phobias and is therefore the most focused and successful program available.
The Driving Fear Program is in eBook format but it also comes with some audio files. You get “The Anxiety Helix” report which will teach you more about anxiety and why you have found it so hard to overcome it. There is also a recording containing subliminal messages that have been created to increase the effectiveness of the program. Having never experienced any benefit from any subliminal product that I’ve used I thought that this was pretty pointless. But it’s only a bonus and The Driving Fear works really well without any extras.
If you only experience panic and anxiety whilst driving then there’s little point buying one of the other products when Driving Fear has been specifically created for your needs.
I found that the program is very well written and easy to follow along with. If you feel that you need it the program also give you access to an instructor who will give you additional guidance during the first two weeks of the program. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Driving Fear Program if you suffer from driving fears.
