Stress Anxiety Pregnancy
How stress and anxiety associated with concieving?
I mean, they could prevent or delay? they act the same effect than the other? How much stress prevent pregnancy? What would prevent having the anxiety? I have anxiety medicine I only took three days and three times only
Stress and anxiety is not enough to make it more difficult to conceive. What can do is ruin your ovulation. If you do not pay attention to your signs of fertility, it is easy for someone who usually has cycle of 30 days, to get stressed out not to conceive what could induce ovulation to become delayed. Stressing that delays ovulation, it prevents not. Anxiety is probably as stress. If you have any concerns, it would be worth talking to your doctor about taking a med and would be safe for pregnancy.
