What is it like to be depressed?

Depression is said that the cold "common" mental illness. Unfortunately It was such a stigma of mental illness throughout history, those who have to deal with some aspect (s) of life with a mental illness fell on them also had to contend with many associated social injustices.

While moments of panic and anxiety can escalate rapidly in perhaps the most unpleasant feelings, we can never, they tend to be more temporary and transient depression that can go on and on, without any let up for days, weeks or months.

For those who have never suffered from depression, it's like be in an "emotional" marathon without end and without hope of respite. One feels suffocated in a blanket of emotional despair and frustration chronic. Things seem so hopeless and completely without meaning or purpose, you feel completely lost and in despair. Just try to beat recall enough motivation to do even simple tasks, regardless of the size becomes a serious problem. Procrastination, lack of concentration often along with an immense feeling of fatigue are other symptoms of depression that can cause havoc in much of the productivity and life social.

Depression is a constant feeling of committing great effort, without hope of reward. In fact, even the smallest things seem to take such an effort that the escalation of bed can seem like climbing Mt. Everest. We tend to withdraw and avoid others in order not to feel too overwhelmed by their presence, because he is often depressed, may also be hypersensitive to any form of stress.

Many situations life that can normally handle become extremely cumbersome for those who are too depressed to deal with much, if anything. Suicidal thoughts are quite common and we often feel tired, lazy, lonely, rejected and / or unpopular though it may be far from true. It also tends to be much more sensitive to any kind of physical pain or inconvenience and we would often desperate to avoid even the slightest amount effort and / or physical discomfort. We could not have as much or socialize much. Many important aspects of self-care can become neglected. Many things that at one time meant a lot, can not say anything, no matter how important, depending on how you are feeling depressed.

The mire depression can be a very serious disease leading to all sorts of complications such as homelessness, hospitalization, or worse, the suicide. Teenagers and the elderly tend to be more vulnerable to this disease. The teenagers due to hormonal changes and intense all complications and complexities of growth, and the elderly because of biochemical changes in the brains of elderly, poor diet, loneliness and neglect. However, advanced nutritional support and compassion, emotional support can go a long way to address these problems.

The loss of a loved one or spouse or any period of stress can trigger a lifetime of depression. Therefore it is very important that everyone passing through the turning points of stress in life need the support of others and should be particularly careful to ensure that its food and other basic health needs are never neglected. Therefore, regardless of the situation, natural whole foods, to High density super nutritional food supplements and many antioxidants are essential!

My personal experience of depression often have a strong spiritual connotations. It consisted of a strong sense of separation from God (DESS) or my soul mate if it can exist or not. I often feel a strong need for a girlfriend and often feel rejected and lonely especially to my early years. In my situation, depression, fatigue and anxiety often go hand in hand do or alternate from one to another on a weekly or monthly. Most of my life has been completely ruined by these sentiments. I often get feelings of constant fatigue, fatigue with a reduction in the level of productivity resulting in serious financial problems. I tend to sleep during the day causing a tendency to stay up all night or sleep well or effectively.

I had to search long and hard for answers, some of which may be found by eating only the right kinds of food, drink plenty of water ionized, and suits to take herbs, antioxidants and other special supplements which are not only good for my moods, but also good for my health and brain power.

There is also a spiritual, transcendental, and / or appearance metaphysics of reduction of my depression. One thing that has helped me realize that I am a spiritual being having a human experience and that There is a good, much better life waiting for us all to the end of the tunnel so to speak. I could often sense angels, guides, spirits and even God (DESS) helping, love and guide me. I can not even begin to describe how, healing and comforting to me to be able to feel the love of God personally. Whether or not it was mainly just turns my imagination, there was certainly very healing and strength for charity work to the challenges of my life more bearable.

Not at first knowing or being completely sure that there was an existence much beyond the death was a major concern of mine. Only I was quite sure that there is life much finer quality and more stable there waiting for us beyond death, I could feel more confident, relaxed and safe in the sense my life and purpose here on the earth plane all disappointing. It became possible to tolerate life on earth once again after all that I can about the astral and spiritual worlds.

I documented a lot of research and personal experiences regarding the afterlife. I discovered more of the best sites near death experience ever, the voice mediumship and many other media mind. This idea is not wacky "New Age" speculation is not intended to contradict science or Christianity. It's just overwhelming evidence of the continuation of life in a much better (s) regardless of the existence of religion, lifestyle, belief system, race or even species!

Just knowing that one day I am destined to live a much better life more beautiful and more perfect existence in a more advanced and progressive easier in withstand a tremendous emotional pain and injustice that I had to endure.
