While this may seem simple, for people who suffer from panic attacks, is anything but! The panic is a natural reaction. panic people all the time in situations which they are exposed. Your aircraft lost power and went into a river, you panic … You are pursued by a rabid dog, you panic and run …
Our bodies are working to save us from dangerous or unpleasant situations, we find ourselves in. Panic attacks are a problem because of their timing, they are out of context and they occur when the danger is not obvious.
For some victims, the situations that trigger attacks Panic is less understandable, the scene in front of a crowd, talking to others, even riding in an elevator or go a crowded area.
It is possible to understand why a person may be worried, even if you do not understand their level of concern. For others, panic attacks occur in the most unlikely of places, the nail salon, picking vegetables in the supermarket.
Fact Interestingly, a panic attack may occur in a situation where you would not normally feel panic, and situations that could really cause fear are easy to handle.
For example, a police officer could identify a suspect, his address, handcuff, then return to the area for questioning, without even flinching. It is routine in the ordinary course of business and quite normal to him.
He did not experience a panic attack, just normal adrenaline that goes with hunting. On his return from work, he stops at the market make some spaghetti sauce for his wife and has a panic attack in the alley 5.
What is this? The chemicals in the brain breaks down the aisle 5 and remained normal on 23rd Street. Having a panic attack does not make you weak, it does not make you a bad person and he not mean that you're a wimp.
All it means is that your body reacts to an unpleasant stimulus and your task is to understand the things he set out and try to work with your psyche to deal with tasks not in panic, but an open mind.
