1. Do you have too many responsibilities piling up?

Stress is oftentimes the main cause for panic attacks occurring. Putting too much pressure on yourself by taking on too many responsibilities at one time can really take a toll on you. You should try to spread out the amount of responsibilities that you take on. Most often people actually find that they are far more productive at tasks when there is not so much stress and they work more efficiently.

2. Can you use some extra help?

There is nothing wrong with asking for help every once in awhile. No matter what it is you need help with, don’t be afraid. There is always someone there to support you and lend a helping hand if you ask. The last thing you want to do is be too proud to ask for assistance from a friend or family member. Lighten your load and let someone assist you.

3. Does anyone offer you emotional support?

Everyone needs emotional support to ensure they are doing OK and are on the right track. It can be difficult to face the constant stresses that arise on a daily basis. 4. Is fun in your agenda?
